Thomas has a decade of UK and international experience providing full spectrum building surveying services to the commercial property industry, advising both landlord and tenant clients ranging from private investors and charities through to international blue-chip corporations, pension funds and FTSE institutions.

Thomas specialises in pre-acquisition technical due diligence, project management, dilapidations claims and liability assessments, forward maintenance planning, licences to alter, project monitoring and reinstatement cost assessments.

Thomas is also an experienced CAD draughtsman with comprehensive design capabilities, which includes obtaining the full suite of statutory consents such as building warrants, planning permission, listed building consent, advertisement consent and certificates of lawfulness.

Furthermore, Thomas is an experienced Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
