Jim has over 40 years of wide-ranging experience in most commercial sectors of the property market acting for institutions, banks, private investors, property companies, occupiers and other commercial organisations. 

Jim specialises in pre-acquisition surveys and project management but is also widely experienced in all of the other disciplines including, dilapidations, maintenance surveys, defects analysis and reinstatement cost assessments. 

Jim also pioneered migration management services, assisting organisation relocate to new headquarter premises without interruption to their business.
